Well, does anyone have any 9.0 or 9.04 CDs they want to get rid of? I'm willing to pay up to $20 plus shipping. Thanks in advance!

It's actually for my brother's 7300/200. We are going to put 9 on it for now and then when we get around to it instal 10.2 via xpostfacto. But you need to have 9 on there first, and he didn't have money for 10 yet anyway. We figure if we put in 256 ram bringing it to a total of 288mb ram it should handle OS X relatively well. At least as well as it does with 8.6 and only 32mb ram now anyway :)

Yeah, he got it for free from a family friend and he is going to take it to college with him. He is also going to get some sort of PC laptop (he is going to be a mechanical engineering major and thats what they recommended) but he wanted a mac with os x...so since it was free, here we go. Granted we need to put some ram in it, a larger hd and of course buy the software. But it's still cheaper that a mac mini and it's way cooler in a lot of ways.
