    That's actually a lot cooler than I expected. Apparantley there was supposed to be a launch today but it was cancelled due to weather :( .

    Please dont give em ideas, they make a new motohome that would cost billions if Nasa made it.

    This is the first time I've "watched" (listen really) to the whole event leading up to the launch.

    Very interesting.

    We're actually in the scheduled hold leading up to the T-minus 9 minutes restart. It's still about 45 minutes until launch.

    May have another hold at t-31 seconds to vent & cool fuel, about a minute then resume the count.:)

    I really pray for a safe flight, Nasa needs it and so does the space program. We also still need to refurb Hubble and only shuttle can do it.

    From this point the shuttle takes control of the takeoff.

    Awesome! 14,000 miles an hour I think it needs 18,000 for orbit.

    Best views we ever had, got to ride with the tank and watch that shuttle pull up and away! Awesome views.
