I'm curious, what would ou say are the MUST HAVES games for OSX?
I'm not interested in sims or "age of <anything>". Something more like Baldur's gate II. or Halo maybe?

P.S I'd love to see Homeworld 2 on Mac... that game is sweet.

It all really depends on what kind of setup you have, If u have a G5 then you got access to all the latest games, however of u have a G3 iMac like me recent games are more limited.
For new games the warcraft series is still top notch in RTS, and Halo is worth a try.
Hey its about time Halo is out for the mac, it should have been on the mac 5 years ago:rolleyes:

    Quake III.

Works ok even on older macs (well, not that old, but pre-AGP macs).

I dont think anyone mentioned Ghost Recon. My favorite! A little hardware needy, but well worth spending on a better card if you can.

No offense, but most pc users would be rolling on the floor laughing after seeing your collection of must haves....

Escape Velocity Nova. It's not necessarily "state of the art", but it's got well-developed and well-written story lines and great replay value. It also has all sorts of plug-ins available at evnova.com.

I got it over a year ago and I'm still playing it today (on my Powerbook, too). The system requirements aren't too harsh, either.

A simple and small yet highly addictive game that's commonly overlooked is Pop-Pop by Ambrosia Software. Fantastic game.
