What data plans are currently available with the Apple Sim models?

Can anyone list the pay-as-you-go data plans that are available to purchase directly on the device from the various carriers when purchasing one of the newer Apple Sim iPads?

I'm only acquainted with the previous ATT-only iPad plans, and am now struggling with the decision to go with a new cellular model or wifi-only.

This seems like this info should be easily found via Google, but I turned up noting. Thanks in advance if you can point me in the right direction...

The iPad I have with an Apple SIM offered T-Mobile. I am using the 200 MB free for life, Sprint, and some company I've never heard of. As for the specific plans I don't have those details.
 
I'm hoping this sort of plan is actually available.. I'd buy it for 10$ (or 10$ a month even)

Can anyone in the US take a moment to look peruse through the various plans available on their device and give us a summary? Thanks...
