I bought an HP Deskjet printer with my Intel Mini so that I could get the £60 rebate that Apple are offering. Now I'm trying to fill out the form but I don't quite understand what I need to send apart from the UPC labels.

In the small print it says that you need to send:
Since I ordered online I don't have an invoice or a sales receipt that I know of. At least no email from apple is headed as an invoice or a sales receipt, simply order received, order confirmation and order dispatched. That's it! This is really irritating me!!

I just cut off the UPC labels from the boxes. Cutting into Apple's packaging hurt. I don't quite understand why Apple go to such lengths to make lovely beautiful packaging that's like a piece of art if every time you want to use a rebate you have to take the knife to it!!

I carefully unfolded the mini's box and then used a sharp knife to cut the label out, leaving as small a hole as possible. The printer's box didn't get quite the same level of care.

I can't find anything on the Apple store or in my emails that includes the products' serial numbers. Grrr... why couldn't they simply say 'if you ordered online print THIS off'.

Edit: I gave up trying to work out what they wanted me to send them so I sent them *everything*. A printout of my Order Acknowledgement, a printout of my Order Confirmation, a printout of my Dispatch Notification and a printout of my order details form my online account. Now hopefully that will be enough!! The envelope's literally about an inch thick now!! :D
