Today my brother turned on the Wii and it has yet to connect to the Wii.

The batteries are good for sure as we just replaced them a couple of days ago and now just again.

    What should I do?
I tried pressing the reset button the console then the wiimote and vice versa. All that happens is the controller indicator lights flash for a bit then stop.

This is going to get Wiily, Wiily ugWii before it's done.

Did you Wiimember to Wiid the instructions? And did you make sure the batteWiis were installed correctly, and not Wiiversed?

    (I have a feeling I'm going to Wiigret this. :p )

Are you sure you're using decent batteries? I bought a pack of 32 batteries from the 99p store and used them in my BT Mighty Mouse. They last 2-3 days max. The ones that came with the mouse lasted 2 months.

Failing that just wiiturn the thing or contact Nintendo support.

    Got it solved.

You have to take the batteries out of the wiimote for several minutes and then try to resync... *whew*
