I'm currently attempting to burn a DMG with a disk image size of 3.7GB on a 4.7GB DVD-R and it's telling me that there isn't enough space.

Could be bad media....I've had that before, but you are running BETA software...Try another DVD?

Most likely it's a compressed image and the uncompressed size is something larger than 4.7GB. Mount it by double-clicking the image, then get info on the disk that mounts and it will tell you how big it is.

Try it by using a 8GB DVD-R or your DVD might have bad sectors change it with new one.
