I am about to release my first ep and will be placing it on itunes via tunecore. I am wondering what the best is the process for outputting a combination of vector and photographic art? The reason I ask is because my Illustrator art always looks like crap online, especially when it gets resized. I was thinking the best way might be to have the final file printed out by a professional digital printshop and then rescanned by same. Then using that file to upload to tunecore and to the web at large. The reason I am thinking this is because photos (and older album art) always seem look better online than .jpg converted Illustrator art.
Is there a better way to do this? I went to school for graphic design (don't work in the field) but it was a number of years ago and we didn't do much posting art to the web. I know a little about the rgb and 72 dpi web stuff but still can't my Illustrator art look good online.
I have CS2, any recommendations would be appreciated.

    Thanks -g
