I'm curious to know what make/model wireless phones Apple users use.

    I have a Sanyo SCP-6400...

Motorola T720, but because I live in an area with no (too little) cell phone reception, I hardly use it. Since I got it about 12 months ago, the total call time on that thing is less than 20 minutes.

And don't start ranting about how much the T720 sucks just because I said "T720" in this post three times. If you have negative feedback and/or stories to share about it to demonstrate why you don't recommend it, fine. Otherwise I'm going to start ranting, and there "ain't nobody" here that wants to see that... [IMG]

I have a Motorola StarTac but since it's nearly 4 years old, I'm looking for something new. It doesn't do anything fancy, it just has great reception and sound.

T720i. I actually like the phone, and it was the least expensive color flip phone I could get. I have been thinking of getting the sony ericsson T610 or the siemens S55 (or was it S56?), but I'd rather wait another year or so before changing the phone.
My last phone was a Motorola Startac, and it lasted me about 3.5 years before I lost it. That was a pretty good phone.

    Nokia 3650.

Got it free with an Amazon deal last year ($150 back from T-Mobile, $150 back from Amazon). Love everything except the keyboard (which I've grown to accept, and which the new versions do better) - the memory card, the screen, the Symbion 60 OS. Great deal for free. I use the Bluetooth connectivity to sync with my Macs. I also used the 3650 BT connection as a modem when I was travelling in the Grand Canyon area with my old Lombard G3 PB - it was nice checking email when the nearest WiFi was miles away.

Sony Ericsson T610, but I'm going to swap it in four months when my contract can be cancelled so i'm looking at a Nokia 7610 or 7700, although I would like one with "Push to Talk" and neither of those have it, so I might change my mind still.

Nokia 3310 POS - spends most of the time turned off, in a velcro-sealded pouch inside my bag, seeing daylight about once a week.

i had a T720, which i absolutely hated in every way-- mostly because the menus were so slow it would take forever to get to the right screen. Reception was better, however, than my new samsung VI660, but the ease of navigation (as well as much better graphics) make it a good upgrade. I do not like the clamshell design, it's too rounded-- one of the things i liked about my T720, it looked a bit less cheap. I have an upgrade i can use in the next 12 months, and i think i'll upgrade to a camera phone... I decided not to spend the money originally, but since deciding against it, I've found probably 5 things a day i could have used it for. We shall see.
