    hi everybody.

my father recieves the novatech newsletter through the letterbox every month, and it comes with a magazine showcasing all their computers for sale
(novatech is a small time computing company in the UK)

anyway, i took a glance at the cover of this magazine and was SH:Ocked to find that they had used the OSX 10.4 aqua background for the display on the computer screen and the main background of the mag!!!

    i feel so violated!!!!

here is a scan.....we shall then burn it and scatter the ashes over manure. phew!!!

But, seriously, though, this must violate more than a few copyright laws, mustn't it...?

happens all the time all over the place. its because of the designers who put the covers together are more often than not using Macs and they use what is available to them..... sucks but happens more often than you realize

I've seen the same background on a new install of Linux, I think. Forget which type...
