As you train the pup, you will be saying, "Vista, NO" quite often. Will serve to also reinforce you should you ever have a lapse in judgement and want to install Vista on a PC you own.
Leopard would give your neighbours a laugh.
Given his colouring you've just got to call him Crunchie!
Great plan, it is dual purpose.
MacBoobsPro is an award winning name!
Larry is good too.
Since he's chocolate coloured, how about Hershey or Cadbury?
The two names that come to my mind are "Twix" and "Fido"...
Your cute puppy's markings resemble those of a brown bear pup - and he is posing right next to a can of behr interior enamel - plus given breed considerations he's likely to grow up big! How 'bout Bear?
Max is always a good dog name. Rocco (that's one of my dog's name..hehe).
Chipolata. You could call him Chip for short.
Rosco, maybe Bosco.
Very cute puppy. Darn shame they have to grow up.

That having been said, I'm definitely going to join the group that's suggesting "chocolate-y" names. Always a good choice.
How about Butterscotch? (My Mom's favorite )
My first reaction was, "Poopie!" But I think most people wouldn't appreciate that name so I'd second this name...
I'll go with Charlie.
