What were those programs that enabled you to shut MB lid without sleeping?

If you close the lid and plug a keyboard and monitor into it, it will wake up. Is that what you mean?

No I literally mean there are programs so you don't need too. One was called insombnia or something, but I can't quite remember.

It doesn't appear to be Tiger aware. Plus, it's a kernel hack. Scary ****.

As noted, just plugging in a keyboard and external monitor keeps it awake while closed.
