Hi there, I have a 1.25 DP MDD G4 and my brother has a crappy Pentium 4 PC, we share a cable internet connection.. Im am looking into what it would take (£'s) to set up a wireless network between the 2, also I may get a ibook for surfing the net upstairs or something...

Is there any Airport kits you can get with everything you need?

Also, whats the performance of the wireless set up?

First you need a wireless base station, you don't need an apple branded one, a stndard Linksys or Netgear one will do you fine, get a wireless -g base station and buy an airport extreme card for you mac and the ibook unless they already have them, buy a pci wireless net card for the pc and thats all you should need.
