I am looking for a good AVI to DVD converter? Or .mov to DVD..
convert it in iMovie, burn it with iDVD? both of which are free if you have iLife
Toast does it. I think QuickTime will too if you have the right plugins (maybe need the Pro)
for ease and effectiveness, Roxio Toast wins.
ffmpegx to convert .avi to video / audio TS and then burn with toast. There is also an option to make the video ts / audio ts files burnable by using OSx's disk utility as well. Just google ffmpegx and then read the instructions from the website.
ffmpegx converts everything except windows media. And best of all it's free.
Definitely agree with this.
There's other tools/utilities, etc. that will do the job... but much more confusing... lots of settings, etc.
This is drag/drop/burn.
MacMall is selling it for $39 after rebate.
