Whats The Best App To Montior Your C2D Temperature?

    I have a macbook pro c2d ... and im wondering whats the best app (freeware pref) to monitor my temperatures ... i have iStat Pro ... but it doesnt monitor my temps. Any sugestions ??

    Also can i control my fan speeds etc etc ??

    See i have istat pro aswell .... when i go to select temperature in the options it gives me the N/A option :(

    Anyways around this ?

    Correct me if I am wrong, but I think you need to downlaod a temperature program usually to get iStat pro to read temps. An example would be "CoreDuoTemp", which is free...http://macbricol.free.fr/coreduotemp/index.php?rub=dwnld, I installed that and then looked at iStat pro and it started to read the temp

    ahh i have the same matchine and istart temp works fine.

    I personally like the coreduo temp, easy and works great. and you get it up on your top bar

    Hardware Monitor is an all in one app for monitoring your computer, it costs money but the freeware unpaid for version provides all functions except fan speeds.
