I've been looking through some of the pictures that Diana Walker took from Steve Jobs in 2004. I noticed some device that I didn't recognize on his desk. I've marked it on this photo:

Does anyone know what it is? It looks like a tiny Mac Pro.

Why do you have to be an asshat with lmgtfy? If you know the answer just say so. Pretty simple.

Oops, didn't search for it like that! It's indeed a harddrive enclosure from macally.

Can't find much on 'LaCache drive'.

Seeing how it's Jobs, I'd guess it's a scale model of what the new Mac Pro would look like.

It looks like a Macally G-S350SUAB hard drive, but is a PowerMac G5 model. Likely a design model. LaCache is an iPhone auto corrected Lacie. Lacie being a popular external hard drive maker.
