What's Your Favorite Search Engine?

    Used to be Google, until google started getting long in the tooth (their image search feature is passable at best).

    Currently, if I need a Google type answer, from a more "fresh" engine, I use MSN's beta.

    For everything else, A9 has been working very well for me.

    Write-in votes...

    Back home and checking email-- we received plenty of write-in votes for A9 (not on the list), a few for DogPile, and others. #1 was Google (about 94%) and #2 was Yahoo (40%+), so no surprises at all.

    I've used MSN often since the recent beta launch. It's very fast and results appear markedly different than Google, Yahoo, et al; not sure if the results are better, just different.

    Looks like a future fist-fight for search engines. Microsoft's involved in lots of fist fights these days...

    Really? I find the Google image search very reliable (as long as one turns off any 'safesearch' filtering - it being set to 'moderate safesearch' by default). However, I'd be happy to try any alternatives you can suggest...

    When it comes to a search engine Google is my first and second choice. Haven't used anything else in years. Especially no that Apple makes it so convient.

    google is the only search i use. sometimes i use a9, which uses google results. i use the google api. goole just plain pwns.
