I have a Verizon SIM card from my note 3 and I want to put it on the iPhone 6S if I get it. But I don't know if when preordering it's all unlocked or we have to choose a carrier and can it work on a T-Mobile iPhone model.
I am new to the preordering thing.

In the UK when you buy an iphone outright from the Apple store, it is always unlocked to any network. Don't know about other countries, but I would imagine it would be the same.

Last year, only T-Mobile was unlocked, if I recall correctly. However, because other major carriers are changing their policies in order to exclude subsidizing phones for new customers, I anticipate Apple's offering both GSM and CDMA versions unlocked at full price.
