iPod Which micro adapter for Ipod Video HD to PC

I need to run Spinrite on my old Ipod Video mini-HD. Once I get it open and remove it what kind of adapter do I need?

I've found a lot of sites with video and all but it's difficult to get a definitive answer from the sites I've found. I would rather buy the right adapter the first time around.
