I have to include myself in this group. I am quite picky about girls. I wont chase after someone unless I think we really click. However, I will have a special little lady arriving soon after the 14th... My new Powerbook.

    Exactly.

Much as I didn't want to get entangled in MyMemory's love chats, I couldn't help but notice the same thing...

Single on V day isn't that bad.

I'm actually kind of happy I don't. Haven't in quites sometime, years in fact.

I don't say this in a hateful, antisocial way. I've found I've enjoyed being single with the occassional "flirt" :D and very close friends.

Love is love, you don't need to put a tag on it. :)

Yeah but she is in Venezuela and I am in Miami, I am going to see her on the 25th.

HeWhoSpitsFire: You are a kind of right on that one, the other day I invited a girl to a brunch here in Ocean Drive and even she lives only 5 blocks away she wanted to drive and I was waiting for her for around 45 minutes on the table... that reminds me cleary what was to be in a relationship.

But the 14th is different specially because I am in to such romantic mood... Oh I forgot may be my latin roots! but seriously it is a cool day to share with some one. I think what sick is to see so many tv commercials on tv about it.

...but you have a lovely collection of KK pics (and some nice ones of Jennifer Garner, too  )

Anyway, isn't Valentine's Day just another concoction of the card companies, like Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Secretary's Day (Administrative Assistant's Day for the PC crowd)?

Well, the one I'm hoping will be the one is returning from a month-long vacation today, so it all depends on what happens over the next week... :)

I don't either, but, to be honest, I couldn't really care less. At this juncture in my life, I am more than happy being single. It has the added bonus of being fairly cheap to maintain my current lifestyle - no silly Valentine's gifts, no expensive dinners and no having to second guess irrational behaviour.

    Eternal loneliness... ah!

    I do :D

I thought I couldn't care less about a girlfriend, and then I found this one. Now, totally hopelessly in love - and it's great. There's no feeling like it; and this from someone that *had* serious commitment issues. Must just be a case of finding the right girl.

Yeah, I'll probably be doing something very bachelor-ish on Valentines by the looks of it. C'est la vie, as the french say...or tough sh*t, as they say in America. We DO have a way with words. :p

You'd need a pretty big protector to cover that 20" G5 iMac 20" Dell LCD, and your PB. Maybe a drop cloth? :p
