Why I love Apple

    Last month was a rough technological month for me. I lost a 20GB Pod and a 160GB Firewire drive to hardware failures.

    Along with the iPod and HD crashes, I lost the $200 in iTMS purchases I had made since the day the store was launched.

    Today, I fired off an email to iTMS Customer Service explaining my loss, fully expecting to not ever recieve a reply. Within 5 hours I had a reply stating that my entire collection was made available for me to download under the 'check for purchased music' button in iTunes.

    I will be backing up to CDR this time.

    Kudos Apple. Now update the PowerMacs so I can place my order :)
