Why so cheap?

    That's not a plasma, it is a projection TV. No idea why the price is all over the board, but Amazon's price seems about typical for what 50" projection TV's are going for these days.

    Because it's a different TV. The PriceRunner entry is for the SP50A, which is in fact a plasma and goes for $4000+. But click on the link for the Amazon entry...you'll see that it's the RD50A, a DLP projection TV.

    plasmas appear to be going down in price as it is though, the "burn in" problems are pissing people off (and rightfully so)
