Oh, was he trying to do so?

See, I was under the impression that he was taking a six-month leave from Apple to get healthy again, to the extent that he doesn't even use his computer anymore.

    How wrong I was.

    IDIOTS...

Wow, good thing he didn't take it or the whole world would have to do something to stop it.

And GM doesn't deserve Jobs, they deserve Chapter 7.

What a retarded article. A complete waste of my time. I now want to sue Forbes.com to get those precious couple minutes of my life back!

The Number 1 reason why Steve can't save GM is that he doesn't work at GM.

The Number 2 (and all successive) reasons why Steve can't save them are really moot.

I'm not sure if anyone could save GM at this point, and to be honest I'm not even sure if GM should be saved. What I think *should* happen is that they be let to go out of business, and then a new group of entrepreneurs can come along, buy up what assets they need, and start from scratch. Maybe I'm the only one who feels this way, but I think an American auto maker which begins its life *today* would be one far more in tune and in step with how to successfully run a business than GM is (was?), and would be the start of what we needed to seriously compete in the global automotive market.
