Will apps get updated to take support now or until release? At least to get optimized not redesigned, or both?

is this a serious question????? Of course not...there are people who use iOS 6 and if the app is updated, guess what? It could possibly not work on their iOS 6 device and it'll look out of place if they updated the UI.

Also, Apple does not approve of iOS beta apps until the iOS is released to the public.

We learn from History that no, apps will not get updated to support iOS 7 until probably 2 weeks before the public release this fall.

Wow! Chill out!

To answer the question
No, apple won't accept apps from the iOS 7 SDK yet
