I am still on the fence about downgrading to SL. Especially after two latest graphical glitches I have had.

iCloud seems like it is going to be great. Does anyone know if it is supported by Lion only, or will it work with SL as well?

    Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPod; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8C148 Safari/6533.18.5)

I think that shared features between MobileMe and iCloud will work fine under Snow Leopard. Additional features, like syncing documents to the cloud, will need Lion.

Additional features like versions and autosave?

But I can still use it like a Dropbox of sorts in SL?

I do not believe so, no.
