Will this memory work for the Mac Mini?

    Yes, both of the work, Mac mini needs the following type:
    Memory: 256MB of PC2700 (333MHz) DDR SDRAM, supports up to 1GB

    And your selection conforms.

    Just make sure the CL (CAS latency) is 2.5; not sure if the listed CompUSA RAM is....
