What is the Windows equivalent to option-drag to copy files/folders on a Mac?

drag creates a copy if the destination is on another drive, else it moves the file
    Control-drag always create a copy
    Control-shift-drag always create a shortcut

Another nice trick is to drag and drop with the right button. You'll get a popup menu where you can select copy, move, and short cut.

I prefer using the right click&drag as it preserves my options... ;-)
