So, a friend and I are at a coffee shop right now, and we're both on MacBooks. Problem is, he's able to connect to their wireless network and can't. Bluetooth and AirPort are both on. I can detect the network, but can't connect to it. Any suggestions?

In the Depths of the SLC!
I don't think you really need to use ur bluetooth, all u need is ur Wi-Fi.

Does it have any security that ur friend knows about?

Does it show the connection as having security in urs, and not his?

And, try a simple restart and try again...lemme know this info if it don't work.
