Hey everybody, I came across this webpage:

    http://www.myspace.com/24onmyspace

I have Flip-4-Mac and VLC installed, and the videos still wouldn't work. I've tried just clicking on it to play in the browser, I've right-clicked and downloaded, and I've even successfully downloaded and played on a PC. Quicktime/F4M just says it can't open the file, and VLC says, "No suitable decoder module for fourcc `WMV3'. VLC probably does not support this sound or video format."

I know I could just watch it on the PC, but it's the principle. My Mac should be able to everything (and more) than my PC. (I'm very recent switcher...)

    Thanks!

Sadly only Windows can play the very latest WMV formats. Fortunately there aren't many of them and hopefully VLC will eventually be able to view them.

Well, I thought that might be the case... but I was hoping it wasn't. Thanks for your help!

Yeah, sorry I wasn't much help. It sucks, but it's entirely Microsoft's fault. :(
