Wont show 'Recent Calls'

I recently updated to ios 8.2
I can't see the Recent calls.

Itunes will recognize my iphone 4s but I cannot make a Backup or Restore from a backup.
For some reason my backup/s are corrupt or incompatible.

I have tried to Restore to 8.2. It would fail because Itunes can't backup my stuff.
I have even tried to <Shift> Restore but I get the same message.

I am not sure what else I can try to do. Any tips will be appreciated.
