Appears Apple has begun offering pdfs as podcasts (see http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=151963306&s=143460 for example) without much fanfare. Seems like a very interesting development as it begs the question 'how do you read these on the go?' Would a full screen video ipod be sufficient?

Where to from here - how about a digital library of the written word with magazines and books available for purchase? Not sure how iTunes could incorporate a feature to enable you to rip existing books and magazines that you owned though!

Good to see iTunes continuing to widen its scope - what are your impressions?
