I've got the go-ahead to purchase an widescreen to plug my MacBook into at work, and I'd like it to be an ACD. Willing to go for anything from Mint to Used, preferably around $400.

I'm in Boston, and may be willing to split or pay for shipping.

    Thanks!

No, not necessarily, but I'd certainly prefer the ACD. The Dell's are also nice -- what do you have?

last month i paid $400 for a 20" acd that was less than six months old. no dead pixels or scratches or blemishes. i found it on craigslist. maybe you could give that a try?

Yes, I've started scouring Craigslist too. It's always nice to work through a community like Macrumors, though.

I have a Dell E207WFP. I work with ACD's and much prefer the Dell. The specs are better, its got four years onsite warranty, costs half as much as the ACD too.

    Get the Dell :)

The Dell 2007WFP actually has the same panel as the 20" ACD. The E207WFP has a slightly worse panel.
