I have an original Orange (Tangerine?) colored Clamshell G3 iBook.
The harddrive died this winter and I've been meaning to
replace the drive with another but haven't gotten around
to doing it - and it's not high on my list of to-dos. :)
Other than that the machine has been working perfectly.

I think it has 192MB of RAM in it but can't verify that.
I believe that this is the 266MHz (or 300MHz?) version.
It had MacOS X 10.3.5 on it at the time the HD died and
it worked fine - not the snappiest but great for iTunes,
database, address book, calendar, email, web (Safari),
internet applications (e.g., WeatherMan), jNotes, accounting,
some games and even older versions of Photoshop and
    Adobe Illustrator.

$225 plus UPS shipping and it is yours. My guess is
UPS Ground would run about $10 or $15. I would charge
the actual UPS shipping price. Where are you located?

I can take Visa/Mastercard/Discover through our business
(http://blacklightning.com) or we can do PayPal or a check.

I put up photos of my two iBooks that are available. See:

$225 for the Tangarine - bad hard drive. Just replace it.
$275 for the Blueberry - no problems.

I don't know what condition their batteries are in. I just tested both on battery and they came up fine without being plugged into the wall. Both are cosmetically and functionally great other than the Tanagarine's drive.
