Here I'll save you the grief. http://www.apple.com you can get 1.2GHz for 999 and then upgrade a few things and it may cost up to 1150 or maybe just 1100 + you get free shipping.

You can get a Mastercard gift card that works the same as a credit card. ;)
Or just take a trip to the local Apple store. I noticed you're from Chicago. They have 4 in the area.

Another thing you could do is you can send them a money order.

Or you could have them wire the money from a bank account. (Did that when buying Panther, they were having trouble with credit cards at the time and I didn't want to wait.)

I bought a 12" iBook 1.07GHz/768MB/Bluetooth/APX/60GB/Combo+3 year Apple Care for $1009 on eBay...The seller is meeting with me this week. I think I got a pretty good deal since is comes with Apple Care.

Wow for $24 more than the amount you had (being $1100) you could have gotten a brand new one that had 1.2GHz, 256MB RAM, 60GB HDD, and Bluetooth. -but I guess the ram is an added bonus.
