Likely going to go for either the ArsTechnia or Engadget coverage - in every keynote I've seen they have been a good 5 mins ahead of MacRumors, who seem to suffer with way too many people on the server, slowing down photo uploads and even text updates to a crawl.

I'm most interested in iOS 6

Other than that I want to hear about the new Airs and MBP's (then will decide if I want to get new, or a older model)

I think the odds of an iPhone announcement are decent. If the new iPhone is to have new hardware features, developers will need lead time to write code to take advantage of those features, before the phone is released.

I'm going out on a limb to say the odds of an iPhone announcement are at 0%.

Apple has added new hardware features and revealed them to devs at the last minute before. (See retina display)

History points to the opening of the iOS 6 beta today, followed by a new iPhone around 3-4 months later in time for the new OS release.
