I'm pleasantly dumbfounded by the sheer number of demos, and suddenly the 60gig HD doesn't seem like overkill... but what's worth downloading, and more importantly, what's worth keeping?

I like Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat. They're overpriced but I bought Street Fighter anyway.

Small Arms might be fun. I played the demo for a few minutes last night. Its like Smash Brothers except with no famous characters.

They should make a game like Worms Armaggedon for XBLA.

    Edit:

Just realized you were talking about real game demos, not XBLA demos. Don't download the Call of Duty demo if you play shooters with the thumbstick inverted -- its not an option in the demo!

If you like shooters, though, the Fear demo is good.

Just Cause and Superman Returns were both pretty good.

NBA 2K7 is a pretty cool demo! And I wish I had a 60GB hard drive too. Having a hard time with the 20 :(

Am I missing something? What is this talk about a 60gig hard drive? Are you just saying that the PS3's 60gig doesn't seem like overkill to the 360's 20gig? Sounds like you're saying your 360 has a 60gig harddrive.

I'm sorry but small arms suck. I really don't download much demos on my machine because it takes too long for me and plus I'm a freak when it comes to my hard drive space so I'm picky.

Did someone say superman returns and good in the same sentence!!:(

    Bless

You'd better be talking about the movie.

Sure. Why not? They are free and you can always delete them - and download them again.

My kids love some of the old school games and I am too cheap to buy them right now, so I let them play the demos. They aren't getting past level 2 anyway which is all that most of them will let you play up to.
