Yeah, but is it better than Esperanto?

    Not sure that this is really fertile ground for extensive discussion, but it's just too odd not to share....

    Nearly extinct whistling language revived

    It has a sound clip of a conversation and everything.

    That's pretty wild. It's awesome to see the ways in which humans communicate.

    Hopefully they'll be able to keep the language alive.

    Yeah, this is very cool - I heard about this a couple of years ago - discovery channel show about the islands and the natives there who had been doing this for millennia.

    sweet. i want a language that consists of grunting and moaning. that would be cool too.

    I it would be ashame to loose the language. With the help of Juan Cabello and modern technology the language should be safe.

    yeah,
    I heart it once somewhere, resp. read about it.
    it has been developped by shepards if I remember well ;-) pretty cool though :)
