The PowerMac G4, for like $400 ish dollars? I would say it is worth it, they are pretty solid machines.

    That's a pretty good price.

Someone is offering a similar machine with 256MB RAM, but with a LCD monitor for $650 on Craigslist.

That is a fair price, they are very solid stable machines and still serve well.

That price seems normal for eBay, but a tad high in my opinion. :)

Well, I think the Digital Audio style PowerMacs are a lot uglier than the Quicksilvers, but yours would probably be worth about the same. An upgraded PowerMac G4 is still a PowerMac G4.

    Preinstalled software incentive

If you have any pre-installed software, i.e. MS Office 2004, Toast Titanium,
Snapz and\or WireTap Pro, Faxstf Pro, Data Rescue, Disk Warrior, Melodyne,
etc, you can ask more for the inclusion of the bundle on your HD.
This is 100% legal, as long as the software is already installed on the HD.
Added value for any computer sale...
