I find the natural 'click' of a mouse annoying, so the last thing I want it to do is squeak as well.

What next, a 90 decibel fog horn to annnounce that you've received mail??

If this is the final test for enlightenment, then I am happy to remain unfulfilled.

HAHA, that is incredible. I think I'm gonna sneak it onto my friend's iBook when he's not looking, hehe.

true that...it's good for friends, because while it's incredibly annoying, it's not actually malicious or destructive.

It reminds me of those control panels that one guy used to make years ago (probably almost 10 now)...I remember there was one that would make all words appear backwards and that there was another one that would "melt" your screen. He had hundreds, if I'm not mistaken. I just tried the two free ones I mentioned above though.

You know those "smart" Google ads at the bottom of the page? When I first read this thread there was one that said, "Repair squeaky floors!" :p

Personally I think it's best to keep furry things away from the computer.

    Smart dog!

*I've actually been running the squeak mod all day. My mother and sister want it, but they have Windows PCs....and they can't have it.* ;)

Too bad it's Mac only. I need an annual April Fool trick for my PC-using coworkers, and a squeaky toy would have been perfect for next April.

Ho ho. Actually, my coworkers use Windows 2000, so that's the target platform for my pranks.

Hmm, click too fast and send them to a blue screen of death.

Screwing things up is easy with patented "Windows Fast-Break Technology."
