If you use Firefox for mac you can download the following add-on:VideoDownloader 2.0

You'll need VLC to use it, which if you don't already have can be found here.

The easiest way at the moment is to use Vixi.net. It's a web-based interface that not only downloads the video, but automatically converts it to your choice of one of five formats (including iPod .mp4+aac).

If you use Safari, you can just open the Activity Window and scroll to the YouTube page with the video you want. It'll be the larger, .flv file. Just option click it and it'll download.

Then convert it with iSquint or something similar. Easy. :)

Much easier way. Go to the site in question, and wait for the video to FULLY load.

Then, if you're using an external mouse, hover over your video and click your mouse wheel down. Up comes a lovely pop-up menu - bingo. :)

You need the 3rd party "safari strand" to get the menu. Invaluable really.

Check out TUBESOCK. It is a program from the U.K. It is a one stop download for youtube, and it converts your files and directly puts them into Itunes.
