The Detailed User Settings window in Administrator mode.

Configure the "Job Owner Name" and "Password" authentication settings to enable users of this computer to use the printer.

The settings in this window will be grayed out if you do not have any access rights as Administrator.

Click the "OK" button after configuring the settings, then when the "Detailed User Settings" closes click the "Save Settings" button to save the settings.

For details on the "Use Login Name"/"Enter Owner Name" menus, click a topic on the left.
For details on "Job Owner Name", click the topic on the left.
For details on "Password", click the topic on the left.

Important

• If the Job Owner Name or Password is entered wrongly, the print job will not be processed.
• Please consult the administrator of the printer you are using regarding the Job Owner Name and Password.
