Configuring Detailed
User Settings for the Current Print Job
Note
If you are currently logged in as a user that does not have
Administrator rights on this computer and "Account
Mode"" is set to "Administrator User", you cannot change
the Detailed User Settings. In this
case please consult the administrator of the computer you are
using.
Procedure
Make sure that "User" is selected in
"Account Mode".
Click the "Detailed User Settings" button.
The "Detailed User Settings" window opens in User mode.
Configure the settings in this window as necessary.
For details on the "Use Login Name"/"Enter Owner
Name" menus, click a topic on the left.
For details on "Job Owner Name", click the topic on the left.
For details on "Password", click the topic on the left.
Click the "OK" button to
close the "Detailed User Settings" window. The
modified settings will be
applied only to the current print job.
Important
If the Job Owner Name or Password is
entered wrongly, the print job will not be processed
Please consult the administrator of the printer you are using
regarding the Job Owner Name and Password.
