Account Mode

Select whether regular users or only Administrator users can set the "Job Owner Name" and "Password" for authentication. Select "Administrator User" or "User".

If you select "Administrator User", users without Administrator rights cannot change the "Job Owner Name" or "Password".
You can configure different settings for different printer queues.

Selecting "User" enables users to set the "Job Owner Name" and "Password" for authentication.

Clicking the "Detailed User Settings" button opens a window for setting the "Job Owner Name" and "Password" for authentication.

Note

The "Account Mode" setting is applied after settings have been saved by clicking the "Save Settings" button.
If you are currently logged in as a user that does not have Administrator rights on this computer, this item is dimmed and cannot be changed.
