Configuring Detailed User Settings for the Current Print Job

Enter the password for the Job Owner Name. Enter between 4 and 12 single-byte alphanumeric characters. Entered characters are displayed as asterisks.

This function is in the "Detailed User Settings" window. To enter the Job Owner Name for authentication, click the "Detailed User Settings" button to open the "Detailed User Settings" window.

Important

• If the Job Owner Name or Password is entered wrongly, the print job will not be processed.
• Please consult the administrator of the printer you are using regarding the Job Owner Name and Password.

Note

• If you are currently logged in as a user that does not have Administrator rights on this computer and "Account Mode" is set to "Administrator User", you cannot change this item. Please consult the administrator of the computer you are using.
  
• If you want to use this Password the next time you print and from then onwards, click the "OK" button to close the "Detailed User Settings" window and then click the "Save Settings" button to save the settings.
