Enter Owner Name

Select this item to enter a specific Job Owner Name. Enter the Job Owner Name in the "Job Owner Name" field. The default is "Unknown User".

This pull-down menu is located at the top of the "Detailed User Settings" window. To select "Enter Owner Name", click the "Detailed User Settings" button to open the "Detailed User Settings" window.

Important

• If the Job Owner Name is not registered on the printer you are using, you may not be able to print.
• Please confirm the Job Owner Name with the administrator of the printer you are using.

Note

• If you are currently logged in as a user that does not have Administrator rights on this computer and "Account Mode" is set to "Administrator User", you cannot change this item. Please consult the administrator of the computer you are using.
  
• If you want to use this Job Owner Name the next time you print and from then onwards, click the "OK" button to close the "Detailed User Settings" window and then click the "Save Settings" button to save the settings.
