Configuring Detailed User Settings for the Current Print Job

Use Login Name

Use the login name of the computer you are using as the Job Owner Name. The login name is displayed in the "Job Owner Name" field.

This pull-down menu is located at the top of the "Detailed User Settings" window. To select "Use Login Name", click the "Detailed User Settings" button to open the "Detailed User Settings" window.

Important

• If no login name is configured on the computer you are using, you may not be able to print.
• Please confirm the Job Owner Name with the administrator of the printer you are using.

Note

• If you are currently logged in as a user that does not have Administrator rights on this computer and "Account Mode" is set to "Administrator User", you cannot use this item. Please consult the administrator of the computer you are using.
• If you want to use the login name as the Job Owner Name the next time you print and from then onwards, click the "OK" button to close the "Detailed User Settings" window, and then click the "Save Settings" button to save the settings.
