Enter the Job Owner Name for authentication.

This function is in the "Detailed User Settings" window. To enter the Job Owner Name for authentication, click the "Detailed User Settings" button to open the "Detailed User Settings" window.

When "Use Login Name" is selected, the current login name is displayed and you cannot enter an arbitrary Job Owner Name. To specify an arbitrary Job Owner Name, select "Enter Owner Name" from the pull-down menu.

You can set a Job Owner Name using up to 32 alphanumeric characters.

Important

• If the entered Job Owner Name is not registered on the printer you are using, you may not be able to print.
• Confirm the Job Owner Name with the administrator of the printer you are using.

Note

• If you are currently logged in as a user that does not have Administrator rights on this computer and "Account Mode" is set to "Administrator User", you cannot change this item. Please consult the administrator of the computer you are using.
• If you want to use this Job Owner Name the next time you print and from then onwards, click the "OK" button to close the "Detailed User Settings" window and then click the "Save Settings" button to save the settings.
