Configuring Detailed User Settings for the Current Print Job

The Detailed User Settings window in user mode.

Configure the "Job Owner Name" and "Password" authentication settings in order to use the printer.

Click the "OK" button after configuring the settings, then when the "Detailed User Settings" closes click the "Save Settings" button to use the same settings the next time you print and from then onwards. If you do not save the settings, the modified settings will only apply to the current print job.

Note

If you are currently logged in as a user that does not have Administrator rights on this computer and "Account Mode"" is set to "Administrator User", you cannot change the items in this window. In this case please consult the administrator of the computer you are using.

For details on "Job Owner Name", click the topic on the left.
For details on "Password", click the topic on the left.

Important

• If the Job Owner Name or Password is entered wrongly, the print job will not be processed.
• Please consult the administrator of the printer you are using regarding the Job Owner Name and Password.
