If you want your window group to be available for use on another system, you can export them as a Terminal settings file. Terminal settings files have a .terminal extension and are stored in XML format. The file you create saves only the window group and the settings, not the contents of the window.
Choose Terminal > Preferences, and then click Window Groups.
Drag the window group from the Window Groups list to the Finder.
