With Terminal you can connect to remote servers using several protocols, including ssh, sftp, ftp, telnet, or a protocol you define. Terminal remembers your recent remote connections so you have easy access.
Choose Shell > New Remote Connection.
Select a protocol from the Service list.
Select a shared server from the Server list.
Click Connect.
If you know the address of your location, you can enter it directly in the address field at the bottom of the dialog. If you’ve connected to a server recently, you can choose it from the pop-up menu to the right of the address field.
